Pre-Rid Pills

Day One

1. Take three tablets an hour for five hours.
    

2. Eat and drink lots of fluids while taking tablets.
    

3. Do not exceed 15 tablets in one day.

Day Two

1. Repeat Day One.

Day Three

1. Repeat Day Two.

Day Four

1. Take three tablets an hour for five hours. Eat light while taking tablets and drink plenty of fluids.
    

2. After taking tablets, wait three hours and continue to drink fluids, but do not eat.
    

3. Drink half of the detox liquid  in four ounces of orange juice or water.
    

4. Do not eat or drink any more fluids for three hours.

Day Five to Ten

Repeat 

Dietary Fiber

1. One hour before your test, mix the dietary fiber in eight ounces of orange juice or water.
    

2. Drink within two minutes.
    

3. Wait 15 minutes and drink 16 ounces of water. Do not drink more orange juice or water.
    

4. Urinate two or three times in the next hour and go take your test.
