Drug tests at work can be tricky; you’ll never know when to expect it. That’s why you need to have your own THC test kit. The Marijuana Drug Test Kit by QUICKTEST is perfect if you’re a casual cannabis smoker or if you were exposed to marijuana THC a few days before a test.

Unlike most drugs, cannabis stays in your system longer (it can last at least 7 days) if you wait for it to pass naturally. This drug test kit will help determine if there are still traces of marijuana in your system or if your body is fully rid of it.

Our cannabis testing kit works through a urine test — it determines the traces of marijuana THC or cannabis in your system through the THC metabolites found in your urine. This urine test kit provides 99% accurate results that you can get in the comfort of your home in as fast as 5 minutes!

This cannabis test kit gives a positive result if the marijuana THC concentration in your system exceeds 50 ng/ml.

How to Use the QUICKTEST Urine Drug Test Kit

Using our QUICKTEST cannabis test kit for your urine drug test needs is simple and straightforward. Designed for convenient home use, this urine test kit swiftly processes within minutes, offering a reliable way to check for traces of marijuana THC and CBD in your system.

Whether it's for personal monitoring or to stay informed about your drug use, our kit simplifies the process. Follow these easy steps to accurately determine the presence of cannabis compounds in your urine:

  • Unbox the content of the QUICKTEST kit - there’s only one single-use marijuana test strip inside.
  • Make sure your pouch is around room temperature before opening it. The urine test panel should be used as soon as it's opened - make sure you get the urge to pee before you open it.
  • Remove the cap on the test end and follow the arrow. Ready your urine sample and dip the urine test panel as pointed by the arrow for at least 10 to 15 seconds. Don’t let the sample get past the arrow when doing the testing.
  • After the test, let the test kit rest on a non-absorbent surface for 5 minutes or until the line(s) are clearer. Interpret the final results after 10 minutes for accuracy.

How to Determine the Results from the Test

Once you've patiently waited for at least 10 minutes for the results of your home drug test, you may encounter one of the following outcomes. Below is a quick guide to help you interpret what each result signifies:

  • Two Lines - This means it’s negative. One of the colored lines should be present in the control region and a colored or faded line over the test region. This also determines that your marijuana THC levels are below the level of detection and can be passed without worry. Even if one of the lines is faded, it is still counted as a negative result.
  • One Line - This means it’s positive. The line will only appear on the control region and the test region remains blank. This means that the marijuana THC or CBD levels in your system are high enough to be detectable and generate positive results in a routine drug test.
  • No Lines - This means the urine drug test is invalid and needs to be redone with a new kit. The likely reason for an invalid result is an error during the testing procedure. Do not reuse the kit you’ve opened.

Whatever you use —
marijuana THC, CBD, or traditional leaves — our cannabis home drug test kit is your solution to checking if you still have toxins in your system. We offer our QUICKTEST products with factory direct prices to help you save more. Contact us now and get tested whenever!

Instructions

  1. Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it. Remove the test panel from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible.

  2. Take off the cap outside of the test end. With arrows pointing toward the urine specimen, immerse the test panel vertically in the urine specimen for at least 10-15 seconds. Do not pass the arrows on the test panel when immersing the panel.

  3. Place the test panel on a non-absorbent flat surface, start the timer, and wait for the colored line(s) to appear. The results should be read in 5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 10 minutes.

Interpretation of Marijuana
Urine Drug Test Results

NEGATIVE: Two lines appear. One colored line should be in the control region, and another apparent colored or faded colored line adjacent should be in the test region. This negative result indicates that the marijuana THC concentration is below the detectable level. NOTE: The shade of the test line region will vary, but it should be considered negative whenever there is even a faint colored line.

POSITIVE:
One colored line appears in the control region. No line appears in the test region. This positive result indicates that the marijuana THC concentration is above the detectable level.

INVALID:
The control line fails to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and repeat the test using a new test panel.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you've got questions about at-home drug testing or our marijuana drug test kit, we've got the answers. Below, you can see the most frequently asked questions from our clients.

How long can marijuana stay in my system after smoking?

When you're drug testing for marijuana, it's important to note that the test is not detecting cannabis itself but specifically tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), one of over 100 cannabinoids in the cannabis plant.

THC can remain in your system longer than many other substances because it is stored in the body's fat cells. Typically, an average person can pass a drug test about 30 days after their last marijuana use. However, this detection window can extend much longer, depending on several factors.

In some cases, the maximum detection time for THC in urine tests can be more than 90 days, especially for chronic users or those with certain physiological characteristics. This extended detection period is crucial to consider for anyone undergoing marijuana drug testing.

Factors that influence the detection window include body weight, marijuana use frequency, and diet. For instance, an individual who uses marijuana daily and is overweight relative to their height, coupled with insufficient water intake, may retain THC in their system for up to 90 days after their last cannabis consumption.

If you're unsure about the THC detection window in your system, consider using our home marijuana drug test kit 30 days after your last use of marijuana. This will help you determine if THC is still detectable in your body.
If you don't pass the at-home drug test, we offer variousdetox programs designed to rid your body of drug toxins.

Are there any factors that could affect the drug test results?

Yes, several factors can influence the outcome of a urine drug test. Notably, over-the-counter and prescription medications can impact the validity of your test results. These other medications may cause false positives or negatives, altering the accuracy of the test.

Moreover, the maximum detection time of substances like THC in urine can vary significantly based on individual factors such as metabolism, frequency of drug use, and overall health. It's crucial to use a fresh human urine sample for testing, as old or diluted urine samples may not yield accurate results. For optimal test results with your home drug test, ensure that you provide a fresh urine sample directly into a clean urine collection cup, free from any contaminants or cleaning products.

Remember, this drug test is specifically designed to detect the presence of THC, not to measure the actual concentration of marijuana THC in your system.

Can I get a positive test result for marijuana from secondhand smoke?

No. If your marijuana use was only
secondhand, you shouldn't get a positive test result. The level of THC that you receive from secondhand smoke is not high enough to show up on a drug test. Secondhand marijuana smoke can add to your THC concentrations. However, the THC concentration will be at significantly low levels that cannot be detected by a urine drug test, nor will it cause any psychoactive effects.

Does a faint line still mean a negative test result?

Yes, a faint line still means a negative test result. However, so long as the control line (C) appears, then any line that shows up under test (T) indicates a passing drug test, no matter how faint the line appears. Therefore, you can still get a negative test result with only a faint line on the drug test.

Can drinking large amounts of water affect a urine drug test?

Drinking water in excess produces varied results based on the individual. Drinking large amounts of water prior to a drug test can dilute the urine sample. However, this only matters if you're already close to the cutoff level for the test.

For example,
an occasional marijuana user could drink plenty of water and potentially pass a drug test if it's conducted around 20 days after their last use. Meanwhile, an everyday marijuana user can consume large amounts of water and have no bearing on the test results.
