Paul M. Luedtke's original case before the Supreme Court of Alaska (Luedtke v. Nabors Alaska Drilling, Inc.) is remanded to lower court to determine if his suspension prior to his eventual termination for testing positive in an urinalysis violated the covenant of good faith and fair dealing. On remand, the lower court determines that Nabors did not violate the covenant of good faith. Luedtke appeals the lower court's ruling.
