Case Summary:
A student athlete challenges the Paradise Valley school district's drug testing policy. Adam Moule and his parents claim the high school district's policy of drug testing all student athletes violates the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Moule and his father, James, attended orientation meetings hosted by the school district to explain a new drug testing policy. The family signed a consent form and Adam Moule submitted to the test twice, producing negative results in both tests. The Moules subsequently filed suit, stating the policy constituted an unreasonable search and an invasion of privacy.

Outcome:
