Donald Brown appeals his probation revocation and sentence to a state prison. A criminal court convicted Brown on drug and weapon charges and issued a suspended sentence. Brown later tested positive for marijuana in a probation-mandated drug test. Authorities searched Brown's residence based on the test results and discovered drugs and related paraphernalia. Authorities moved to revoke Brown's probation.

A trial court revoked Brown's status and ordered him incarcerated. The court sentenced Brown to seven months in prison for one conviction and five years for his conviction on another charge. Claiming the court erred in handling his case, Brown now appeals.

Brown loses. The Arkansas Court of Appeals, Division Two, upheld his probation revocation. The court ordered Brown to serve a total of seven years in the state's department of corrections.
