Breach of contract, evidence, wrongful discharge.

Dianna Churchey appeals a lower court's ruling in her wrongful discharge suit against the Adolph Coors Company. The company terminated Churchey for "dishonesty" related to company medical records and related work days. Churchey appealed her termination to a company-sanctioned appeals board. The five-member panel included to individuals selected by Churchey. The panel upheld the company's decision to fire Churchey. She subsequently filed suit, charging the company with breech of contract and wrongful discharge. Coors responded with a motion for summary judgment.

A trial court granted Coors' motion for summary judgment and dismissed the case. Churchey now appeals.

Churchey loses. The Colorado Court of Appeals, Division One, affirmed the lower court's decision to grant summary judgment. The appeals court ruled Churchey's complaint lacked genuine substance.
