A former officer with the Wilmington Police Department petitions the court for a review of a municipal hearing board's decision to terminate the officer's employment. Steven Bailey was charged with nine violations of the department's administrative guidelines. His case was submitted to a municipal hearing board for review.

The hearing board concluded that Bailey violated department policy and recommended his termination from the police force. Bailey challenged the conclusion, arguing there was insufficient evidence to support the board's decision. An appeal panel affirmed the conclusion of the initial review and the decision the to terminate Bailey's employment. Bailey now appeals.

Bailey loses. The Superior Court of Delaware denied Bailey's petition for review of the decision of the lower jurisdiction. The court ruled that it could find no reason to order a new review of Bailey's case.
