Milford Stevens appeals his conviction on cocaine possession charges. Police arrested Stevens and a friend after finding cocaine in a their car. A post-arrest drug test on Stevens produced a positive result for cocaine. Stevens attempted to block the prosecution's use of the drug test results as evidence against him.

A trial court found Stevens guilty of cocaine possession. Milford now appeals.

Stevens loses. The Georgia Court Appeals affirmed the lower court's decision, ruling there were no reversible errors in the lower court's decision.
