Issues:
Union issues, collective bargaining, policy and procedure.

Case Summary:
The National Labor Relations Board petitions the court for enforcement of an order against Rich's Precision Foundry, Inc. Several employees filed complaints with NLRB, charging company officials with deliberate interference in the employees' efforts to secure union representation. The company denied making any coordinated effort to intimidate pro-union employees.

Decision of lower jurisdiction:
The National Labor Relations Board ordered company officials to stop interfering with the employees' efforts to unionize. The board also ordered the company to reinstate two pro-union employees who had been dismissed from their positions the day after they attended a union meeting.

Outcome:
The NLRB wins. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit ordered enforcement of the board's order. The court ruled there was sufficient evidence to support the board's order against the company.
