Officials with the National Labor Relations Board petition the court for enforcement of the agency order against Global Marketing. The company had taken disciplinary action against employees who had requested privacy while providing urine samples for drug testing. An existing collective-bargaining agreement provided for privacy during the collection process. The NLRB ordered the company to adhere to its agreement, but the company failed to respond.
