Case Summary:
Officials with the Kansas National Education Association appeal a ruling concerning an existing collective bargaining agreement. Decision of lower jurisdiction:
An administrative law judge ruled the discussions did not violate the existing collective bargaining agreement. The association now appeals.
Outcome:
The association loses. The National Labor Relations Board affirmed the AJL's ruling.
