Willie George appeals a district court ruling which found him guilty of being under the influence of a controlled substance while on parole from the corrections system. George's parole was contingent upon his participation in a drug-testing program. His first test sample was positive for marijuana. Two subsequent tests were positive for cocaine.. He argues that the testing program violates Fourth Amendment right to privacy.

The district court ruled against George and sentenced him to 12 years in the Nevada State Prison. He now appeals.

George loses. The Supreme Court of Nevada affirmed the lower court's ruling, noting that George had conceded that he had "no expectation of privacy in his urine sample."
