| Comments: | Our union is working frantically to recruit skilled workers because of a shortage of good people, yet at the same time, numerous hard working, highly skilled people are being driven out of our local for testing positive to marijuana. Their only crime is smoking the stuff on their own time. Yet I`ve worked with many drunks who drink on the job and put everyone in danger.Our local would be much stronger if we left the harmless weed smokers alone and let them do their damn job. | |
