They test right away if you are in a car accident. Or if you hit somthing and just scratch the rig. My parner drove under a tree and scratched the top. He got drug tested and got fired. Once this crew was sitting in there rig on the side of the street a car ran in to them. The driver got drug tested that day and failed and fired. That wasnt his falt he was driving and the engine was off. He took it to court and won good for him. He got some nice money out of it! |
