The Company WILL test you if you go to the Dr.'s after ANY injury(however slight) if it happened@ work. Damaging Co. property, injury to others, and suspious behaviour? WILL also get you tested. If + you HAVE to go thru rehab (successfully) or you're fired! You get ONLY one chance! This has happened to employees in the past. You can also be tested if the Co. receives a anonymous tip from the general public, truth or not! I believe the Co.'s whole urine test policy/procedure(s) is because of our insurance carriers. |
