| Comments: | I was an 11 years employee and suffered from herniated disks in my neck and thoracic spine due to answering the telephone, transcribing, receptionist, etc. I eventually had to start taking muscle relaxers, pain pills (which I very rarely used at work), and a medication for anxiety.
