| Comments: | Pre-employment but if involved in accident can be trested or if superior suspects. Urine taken at physical test-2 specimens. Second is tested for Methadone. As long as on a program and program can fax paper to testing facility stating you are prescribed methadone they DO NOT tell Hon. It will not keep you from getting the job.
