not only do they piss test...they have been known to fire people for calling in sick (with a broken leg,from the hospital, with doctors' excuse), for being absent due to a car wreck, or for simply having the flu (apparently they want the other employees to get sick so they can fire them too. They also told a family member (the hiree, who was terminated for tardiness without any warning), that he was given free health insurance when hired, and in fact was issued an insurance card. When he presented the card to his doctor, he was informed that he was NOT insured and although the card had his name on it. After further inquiries to the insurance company (his superviors at Sprint refused to look into the situation) we were informed by the insurer that he was NOT insured after all since he was a "temp".
