I myself am not a user, but I feel what one does on their on time,away from work, is up to them. Lets say someone has been with a Co. for a year or so, and they get full time but can not pass a drug test, the empolyer must have thought they could depend on this person, trusted this person, and had a good work history, an all the time they were a user, but the ONLY way it was known was a little drop of *P* so now the person has lost this job, and the employer has lost an employee. Now what, hire a new Joe, who gets someone to piss for them, passes, does a GREAT job, gets offered full time... a never ending circle!! |
