| Comments: | I was employed with this company for 5 years or so. I have a wrongful termination case that I am fighting with them right now. So, I walked into work one day and they said I smelled of marijuana. They then said that they had to test me and if I didn't, they would fire me. I have never been tested the whole 5 years I have been there. They don't even have a pre-employment drug test. | |
