This company claims to "random" test, but they pick and choose exactly who they want to test. They also make you sign a paper that allows them to search your vehicle if they "suspect" anything illegal. If you have and accident that causes $1,000 or more in damages they drug test you, even if you are in your own car and off their property and not even working hours! Hubbard enforced this "random" act after I already worked there or else I would have never applied! I am not a drug user but I feel this is very unconstitutional and definatly "UN-AMERICAN"! |
