The facility is part of the Western New York Catholic Health System. The facility does urine tests before employment begins and randomly (as selected above). If a person selected is on the day shift and (s)he is not needed for a short period of time during that specific shift, they may be sent on work hours to get tested. The clinic where testing occurs is about a 10 minute drive from the facility. Otherwise, a peron must go within a 48 hour period on his/her own time to be tested. If the test is not done within that time period, employment will be halted until the test is taken. |
