I went for my first interview with Kroger for a deli position. I was asked at the end of the interview if I would be able to take a drug test and pass. I waited until the lady finished babbling on about how they do the "swab" test and answered that I could (even though inside I was sweating it big time after I had been high 2 or 3 days prior). I held the swab in the least amount of saliva I could on the side of my mouth and gave it back after about 2 minutes. Since I thought I would test positive, I never showed up for my first day of work (also the pay would have been TERRIBLE, so I just kept the job I already had) but I got a phone call from the interview lady asking why I didn't show up for my first day of work bc they were expecting me. I never heard from them again. |
