How to Use the PU100 Kit
When you’re ready to conduct your experiment, follow these instructions explicitly to achieve a passing result. This step-by-step process is quick and easy, and if done correctly, will ensure you get the results you need in any employment scenario.
- Pour the powdered urine in the small vial into the larger tube.
- Slowly fill the tube with water to the very top of the tube. Screw the blue cap on tightly and shake gently until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Open the heater package, peel the paper off one heater, and stick it to the back side of the tube, directly opposite of the temperature strip.
- Conduct your experiment!

Achieving the Perfect Temperature for Powdered Urine
Read this section carefully to achieve the perfect temperature and ensure you pass your drug test. Here are a few tips before you submit the urine.
Start with room temperature water, rather than hot or warm water, because the heater will heat the water to the right temperature on its own. Use only one heater to warm the water, unless you want to warm the water up quicker than normal.
Ensure the heater isn’t too close to the temperature strip. In this case, the thermometer will measure the heater instead of the water. Use rubber bands or adhesive to create a snug fit between the heater and the tube.
If the urine is too cold, let the heater bring the water up to the right temperature. If the urine is too hot, remove the cap and heater and gently blow on the urine until the temperature is in the correct range.
If you do not see a reading on the temperature strip, it’s not broken. This simply means the urine is not in the correct temperature range. Be patient!

Expert Tip: Unless the urine is too hot, do not take the heater off the tube at any point. If you do, the temperature will fall out of the required 90 to 99-degree range.

Most importantly, verify that the temperature is between 90 and 99 degrees before you submit the sample.

Be sure it’s test time. Don’t jump the gun! The heater is single-use, so double-check that the facility is ready to collect your sample before beginning to prepare the items.
Be prepared. If your test requires more than 50ml of liquid, bring a small vial of water to dilute the sample up to the minimum level. Extra water ensures you can dilute the sample as needed without affecting the temperature.
