Consumption & Frequency:
What you are consuming and how often you are consuming, as well as the length of time you have consumed, is one of the major factors in selecting the correct detox program for your level of toxin exposure.
Height and Weight:
Your height and body weight are other major factors in selecting the correct program. Slender individuals or those experiencing the weight loss process in normal time, and individuals who struggle with obesity or have more weight have a longer detox process, due to the fact that toxins are stored in the fat cells of the body.
Metabolism:
If you have a fast metabolism, your body will process the detox quicker than someone who has a slower metabolism. We all have metabolites, including THC metabolites, that help metabolize medications, drugs, and toxins. As we get older our body's metabolism slows down, and the length of time to detox takes longer since our drug metabolites aren't as effective. THC stays in the system for at least 30 days on average, but it is possible for the elimination of THC to take over 100 days without a general cleansing.
Exercise:
We RECOMMEND that you REFRAIN from HEAVY EXERCISE while on the detox program. The detox program is designed to target the fat cells of your body to expel the toxins from your body. Exercising will counteract the program and make it more difficult for the toxins to be expelled before your urinalysis, saliva drug test, or blood test.
Types of exercise to refrain from: cardio, spin cycle, weight lifting, dance, aerobics, kickboxing, Zumba, and THE SAUNA just to name a few. Anything that is going to make you sweat excessively is what you need to refrain from. Just sit back and allow the program to rid your body of the drug toxins.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I need to be clean to pass a drug test?
That depends on the substances you've been using and the frequency of use. We have various detox kits that are to be used from one to ten days, depending on your level of exposure according to our chart. The 10-Day detox program is our longest one, mean for extreme toxin exposure. Under normal circumstances, THC could stay in your body for a minimum of 30 days, but our Toxin Rid products are guaranteed by the manufacturer to work when used as directed.
Can I use alcohol or legal THC during the detox?
No. You'll need to refrain from using alcohol from 24 hours before you begin the detox until 24 hours after you finish the detox and your drug test. Using alcohol immediately makes the detox take 24 hours longer, and it will disrupt your process.
As for legal THC, we can't recommend it. THC may be legal to use in your area, but a company you drug test for may still have regulations against it. We also must stress that you should never use even legal THC when performing safety-sensitive duties. THC lowers your reaction time and is a common substance found in drivers involved in serious car accidents. Our products are also not meant to mask drug use while performing these duties or attempt to falsify a supervised test.
Can I use this product to pass a hair drug test?
The 10-Day Detox Program will clear your body of toxins that can be identified using a urine test, blood test, or saliva test– but not your hair. If you know you have a hair test coming up, you'll need to use our specialized hair products, like our Old Style Aloe Toxin Rid Shampoo.
Is a Toxin Rid detox permanent?
Yes, as long as you avoid additional exposure. This is a full-body and permanent detox if you're using the right program for your exposure level.
Is this a way to get clean from drugs?
Not really. As mentioned, the detox is permanent if you abstain from future exposure. However, these products are not substitutes for sobriety or a medical detox in a clinical setting. If you struggle with substance use or believe you may have a substance abuse disorder, many excellent, confidential resources are available, such as counseling or rehab programs.
