Instructions
Step 1: TABLETS
You will take 3 tablets (with 8 oz of water) EVERY hour for 5 hours daily. DO NOT EXCEED 15 tablets per day. Remember to take your tablets at the same time every day for optimum results. Stay healthy by eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats during your 2-day detox for the best results.
How to Optimize Your Diet
To complement your detox diet, focus on incorporating whole foods and avoiding processed foods to support your body's natural detoxification processes. Prioritize essential amino acids, which are plentiful in lean meats, and the inclusion of healthy fats in your eating habits, as they are vital for your body's cleansing mechanisms. Foods rich in Vitamin C and other antioxidants, like grapefruit juice, play a crucial role in eliminating toxins and should be a staple in your diet.
Eating whole, minimally processed solid foods keeps your body clean and supports detoxification. To support digestion and add a refreshing twist to your detox plan, consider including peppermint tea and a nutrient-packed green smoothie into your daily regimen. These additions not only provide a boost of essential nutrients but also aid in the overall detoxification process, ensuring you achieve the best results.
Step 2: DETOX LIQUID
For the drink, you will need to take it 2 hours after your last set of pills on the final day of the process. You need to fast during those 2 hours. You take half of the liquid with 8 to 16 ounces of distilled water (or orange juice or lemon juice, which cuts the salt flavor), then do not eat or drink for the next two hours. Next, you take the other half with another 8 to 16 ounces of distilled water. Wait another two hours before eating or drinking.
Step 3: DIETARY FIBER
This step is optional. Use this step if you have a drug test scheduled between day one and day four after you finish your detox plan. If you have a flush drink for the day of your test, you do not need to do Step 3.
One hour before your test, mix the dietary fiber in 8 ounces of distilled or filtered tap water. Drink within two minutes. Wait 15 minutes and drink 16 ounces of H2O. Do not drink more orange or lemon juice. Urinate two or three times in the next hour and take your test.
